On November 9-10, the 4th conference of the Anti-War Committee was held in Berlin, in which our representative took part.

We talked about our activities, took part in the working group to combat Putin's propaganda, and also talked about the following initiatives of our association:
• Creation of working groups on the basis of the Anti-War Committee in the areas of domestic and foreign policy, helping Ukraine, creating an image of the future of Russia, including preparation for its reconstruction, problems of Russians who left and other issues, with regular public reports and an invitation to cooperation from a wide range of participants under the code name of the Ministries of Anti-War Committee.• Holding a series of lectures, seminars and meetings with prominent representatives of the Russian opposition movement in Lisbon.
• Holding an international anti-war and anti-dictatorship conference in Lisbon.• Holding an exhibition and auction in Lisbon dedicated to three years of the the full-scale invasion in Ukraine.
• Creation of the Russian Anti-War International Educational Alliance (RAMPA) on the basis of ADRL to develop civic dignity and responsibility of Russians for the future of their own country through education, culture and enlightenment to prevent new military aggressions and dictatorships. We also supported the fundraiser of portable power stations for hospitals and schools in Ukraine. We continue to collect lots for a charity auction for this fundraiser.antiwarcommittee.info/en/energy-for-life/ In the conference resolution, participants called for transparency in relation to sponsors of anti-war associations, reminded of the need to help the victims of the war in Ukraine, and that the fight against propaganda should not turn into propaganda.
