On October 10, the UNIAN news agency reported that, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, a Russian drone attack had completely knocked out power on Kyiv’s left bank and caused problems with the water supply. A seven-year-old child was also killed in Zaporizhzhia.
