Ukrainian military intelligence has provided CNN with reports of 15 incidents over the last 10 months where surrendering Ukrainian soldiers were executed by Russian forces instead of being taken captive. A UN source told CNN, “These killings, while individual acts, are war crimes... and taken together, they may amount to crimes against humanity.”
