Ukrainian military intelligence has provided CNN with reports of 15 incidents over the last 10 months where surrendering Ukrainian soldiers were executed by Russian forces instead of being taken captive. A UN source told CNN, “These killings, while individual acts, are war crimes... and taken together, they may amount to crimes against humanity.”

CNN also reports that Maduro has ordered the construction of two new prisons to detain opposition supporters involved in the protests.
