3 декабря Роскомнадзор заблокировал американскую игровую платформу Roblox, присоединившись к таким странам как Китай, Турция и Ирак. В платформе с помощью языка программирования, который может освоить даже ребёнок, игры создают сами пользователи, примерно как контент YouTube создают блогеры. Российские власти увидели в Roblox призывы к насилию, оправдание терроризма и ЛГБТ-контент. В мире эту платформу критикуют не за это, а за вопросы к безопасности детей.

Параллельно с этим Минцифры продолжает настраивать "белые списки", заявляя, что это только для мобильного интернета, на время атак дронов. К сайту системы дистанционного голосования и фальсификации голосов и сайтам государственных органов, подконтрольных СМИ и некоторых других, 5 декабря добавили сервис купли-продажи недвижимости и онлайн-кинотеатр, по одной штучке.

Заявляется, что сервисы, которые туда попадают выбираются по популярности. Конечно же, заблокированные Facebook, Instagram, X, Linkedin, Discord, Viber, Signal, Snapchat, Soundcloud и Roblox менее популярны. Список заблокированных ресурсов уже насчитывает 976 тысяч сайтов. Любопытно, что блокировку назначает не только Роскомнадзор, но и Федеральная Налоговая Служба, с чего бы это?

On December 3rd, Roskomnadzor blocked the American gaming platform Roblox, joining countries such as China, Türkiye, and Iraq. On the platform, users create games themselves using a programming language that even a child can master—much like YouTube content is created by bloggers. Russian authorities have accused Roblox of inciting violence, justifying terrorism, and containing LGBT content. Internationally, however, the platform is being criticized not for these reasons but for concerns about child safety.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media continues to set up “whitelists,” claiming they are only for mobile internet access during drone attacks. On December 5th, one real-estate service and one online cinema were added—along with the website for the remote voting (and vote-rigging), the websites of government agencies, state-controlled media outlets, and several others.
