14 сентября политики Юлия Навальная и Максим Кац, после длительной истории конфликтов, впервые выпустили общие рекомендации к, как выразился Кац, "самым омерзительным выборам" в Госдуму. Они предлагают прийти 20 сентября в полдень, и по спискам голосовать за любую партию, кроме "Единой России", а по одномандатным округам - за сильнейшего соперника представителя этой партии.

On September 14, politicians Yulia Navalnaya and Maxim Katz, after a long history of conflict, issued their first joint recommendations for what Katz called "the most disgusting elections" to the State Duma. They are calling on people to come to the polls at noon on September 20 and vote for any party except United Russia on party lists, and for the strongest opponent of that party's candidate in single-member districts.
