On September 24, Yulia Yemelyanova, a former volunteer with Navalny's St. Petersburg team, was definitively denied asylum in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is preparing to extradite her and Mansur Movlaev, a Chechen who gave the opposition information about kidnappings in Chechnya. He was denied asylum on September 10.
