In our October 18th video, we reported that young musicians from the Stoptime band, including vocalist Diana Loginova, who performs under the stage name Naoko, were arrested following a complaint from a member of parliament for performing songs by “foreign agents.”

On October 28th, the BBC Russian Service reported that Diana Loginova had been sentenced to administrative arrest for a second consecutive time—an additional 13 days. Diana denies guilt. The band’s guitarist, Alexander Orlov, will also serve the same amount of time in custody.
