O presidente da Câmara do 11.º distrito de Paris apresentou os planos para perpetuar a memória de Boris Nemtsov, Yulia Navalnaya convidou as diásporas a cooperarem e a cantora Monetochka cantou a sua nova canção «Tu és um soldado». Ela também apoiou os emigrantes que estão preocupados com as dificuldades nos novos países de residência, contando que Nabokov escreveu «Lolita» apenas 40 anos após ter deixado a Rússia.

Também partilhámos a nossa experiência de interação com pessoas que permaneceram nos nossos países de origem com uma ativista do Afeganistão.
No âmbito do seu concerto, Monetochka autorizou-nos a realizar uma recolha de fundos para centrais elétricas portáteis para hospitais e escolas na Ucrânia. Oferecemos aos doadores uns presentes dos países onde vivemos. On October 11, the Russie-Libertés conference was held in Paris. The mayor of the 11th arrondissement spoke about plans to commemorate Boris Nemtsov, Yulia Navalnaya invited diaspora groups to collaborate, and singer Monetochka performed her new song, “You’re a Soldier.” She also encouraged emigrants who feel things aren’t working out yet, that Nabokov wrote “Lolita” only 40 years after leaving Russia.

We met with representatives of diasporas from other countries. We discussed representation in PACE and the possibility of such representation for Iranians. We learned that half of the Uyghurs speak Russian and that Stalin divided them, handing the other half to China, where they are being subjected to genocide. We also exchanged experiences of engaging with people still in our motherlands with an activist from Afghanistan.
At her concert, Monetochka allowed us to raise money for portable power stations for hospitals and schools in Ukraine. We brought gifts for donors from our countries of residence.
