Мы вдохновлены практически бескровной сменой власти в Португалии, которая произошла полвека назад и размышляем о том, как применить этот опыт для России. Кажется, что для этого необходимо создавать образ к которому захочется стремиться, объединять людей и строить мосты. Год назад мы на эту тему провели конференцию "России необходимо 25-е апреля".
В этот раз хотим представить концепцию "Добровольная федерация свободных людей":
Это федерация, построенная снизу вверх: на свободе человека, самоуправлении общин, городов и регионов, и на добровольном согласии жить вместе по общим правилам, сохраняя единство страны. В таком строе нет неприкосновенной власти, нет сакрального начальства и нет политической касты, стоящей над обществом.
Эта федерация уважает достоинство человека, культурное многообразие и историю всех народов России. В ней каждое важное решение должно быть открытым, объяснённым, проверяемым и при необходимости пересматриваемым самими гражданами.
Приведу ещё несколько заголовков из описанных в концепции направлений:
Человек выше системы.
Закон один для всех.Власть — не сословие, а временная функция.
Голос — это акт ответственности.Политика — это спорт идей, а не война людей.
Образование — иммунитет от нового Геббельса.Технологии обязаны упрощать жизнь.

We are inspired by the almost bloodless regime change in Portugal half a century ago, and we are considering how this experience could be applied to Russia. It seems that this requires creating an aspirational image of the future, uniting people, and building bridges. A year ago, we held a conference on this topic, "Russia Needs April 25th."
This time, we would like to present the concept of a "Voluntary Federation of Free People":
This is a federation built from the bottom up: on human freedom, self-governance in communities, cities, and regions, and the voluntary agreement to live together under common rules while preserving the unity of the country. In such a system, there is no inviolable authority, no sacred power, and no political caste standing above society.
This federation respects human dignity, cultural diversity, and the history of all the peoples of Russia. Every important decision must be open, explained, verified, and, if necessary, revised by the citizens themselves.
I will quote a few more section headings from the concept:
The individual is above the system.
The law is the same for everyone.Power is not a class, but a temporary function.
A vote is an act of responsibility.Politics is a competition of ideas, not a war between people.
Education is the main immunity against a new Goebbels.Technology must make life easier.
