Kazakhstan is preparing to extradite her and Mansur Movlaev, a Chechen who gave the opposition information about kidnappings in Chechnya. He was denied asylum on September 10.

A 24 de setembro, foi recusado em definitivo asilo no Cazaquistão a Yulia Emelyanova, antiga voluntária da estrutura de Navalny em São Petersburgo. O Cazaquistão prepara a extradição dela para a Rússia, bem como a do checheno Mansur Movlaev, que passava à oposição informações sobre raptos na Chechénia. Também a ele foi recusado asilo a 10 de setembro.
