Os advogados sob os auspícios do Centro de Direitos Humanos "Memorial" elaboraram projectos de lei específicos que o governo de transição deve aprovar nos primeiros dias após a mudança de poder na Rússia. A janela de oportunidade será muito curta. Os temas do projeto são: os cenários constitucionais para o trânsito, a democratização, a justiça do período de transição e a resolução pacífica. O projeto “100 dias depois de Putin” será publicado a 31 de março.
