On December 16, despite squabbles within our opposition, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe launched the building of a list of potential candidates to participate in the Platform of Russian Democratic Forces. The list must be submitted by a joint decision of Russian democratic organizations by January 5, 2026. Based on this list, the President of the Assembly will propose a list of Participants for approval by the Bureau of the Assembly.

Since early December, the Russian army has been attacking the energy and railway infrastructure of the Odessa region almost daily. As a result of massive shelling on the night of December 18–19, eight people were killed and 27 were injured. Tens of thousands of apartments and private homes were left without electricity and heat. Rescuers reported that some of the victims were on a bus that was in the epicenter of the attack.

Today, I finally decided to buy a painting I’ve had my eye on for a long time—“Dandelions for Ukraine,” which was a part of our “NET VOYNE” exhibition. The artist is a seven-year-old girl named Alisa, and it arrived from South Korea at the very last minute, right before the exhibition.

Desde o início de dezembro, o exército russo ataca quase diariamente a infraestrutura energética e ferroviária da região de Odessa. Como resultado do bombardeio maciço na noite de 18 para 19 de dezembro, oito pessoas morreram e 27 ficaram feridas. Hoje, finalmente decidi comprar o quadro «Dentes-de-leão para a Ucrânia», que há muito me chamava a atenção e que participou na nossa exposição «NET VOYNE». A autora do quadro é uma menina de 7 anos chamada Alice, e o quadro chegou até nós da Coreia do Sul no último momento, mesmo antes da exposição.
