On March 13, Reuters reported that Cuba, in agreement with the Vatican, would release 51 prisoners as a gesture of goodwill.

It had previously been reported that negotiations on a deal between the US and Cuba are underway.

On March 13, the online outlet forbes.ru, citing sources, reported that “whitelists” of websites had begun operating in Moscow. These are websites that remain accessible when the authorities shut down the internet. Mobile phone and internet outages in Moscow began on March 6.

On March 3, Euronews, citing Bloomberg, reported on the European real estate portfolio of Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, who succeeded his father, worth approximately 400 million euros. Putinists, Hamas leaders, and other figures claiming to be the Motherland are doing the same.
